Development
Another light tank, designed in parallel with the St.Type-14. The tank was built to fit the same requirements; good off-road characteristics, the ability to climb steep inclinations and a weapon powerful enough to disable flanked, armoured vehicles. The design was inspired by Russian tanks in the period surrounding WWII. It features relative thick armour for its weight class in the front and sides of the chassis, as well as additional spaced armour and strategically placed spare parts and tools to protect its weaker spots. This tank was more successful than the Type-14 in that it had a more stable turret, allowing it to fire with great precision while on the move.
