The Type-121 was designed to replace the outdated St.Type-16. This vehicle, intended for armed reconnaissance and rapid troop deployment, features 20mm armour all-round and a 20mm autocannon with 360 degrees of coverage. It is lighter than it's predecessor by 2 tonnes and can achieve a higher top speed.
